Gregory Javardian Gregory Javardian serves as the managing partner in the Pennsylvania office of Powers, Kirn & Javardian, LLC. Mr. Javardian began his legal career in private practice handling foreclosure, bankruptcy and real estate matters. From 1996 to present, Mr. Javardian has focused on managing the Pennsylvania foreclosure, bankrutpcy, eviction and real estate practices of the Law Offices of Gregory Javardian. Mr. Javardian is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, and he is admitted to practice in all commonweath and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Javardian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in 1981, and received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University in 1989. Mr. Javardian is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Business and Real Property subsections, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Javardian serves annually on an all day panel of abitrators for the Bucks County Bar Association.
Sarah E. Powers Sarah E. Powers serves as the managing partner in the New Jersey office of Powers, Kirn & Javardian, LLC. Ms. Powers the partner responsible for managing the foreclosure practice of Powers Kirn, LLC. Ms. Powers is actively engaged in the handling of evictions and REO sales and maintains a general real estate practice that includes providing closing and settlement services as she is also a licensed title insurance producer in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Powers is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. She is admitted to practice before all state and commonwealth courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylavania and the Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Powers graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from from the University of Delaware in 1990, and received her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University in 1994. Ms. Powers is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Burlington County Bar Association.

Mr. Powers is the partner responsible for managing the New Jersey title curative and REO department at Powers Kirn, LLC. Mr. Powers is also a licensed New Jersey title insurance producer. Mr. Powers is a member of the New Jersey bar, and he is admitted to practice in all state courts in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University in 1957, and received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University in 1962. Mr. Powers started his career in a general real estate practice and began developing a practice with a mortgage banking emphasis in 1975. Mr. Powers is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations.

Mr. Powers served on the Chapter 13 Payment Dispute Committee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey in 2004. Mr. Powers also served on the Ad Hoc Committee of Practicing Foreclosure Attorneys reviewing proposed court rule changes recommended by the Administrative Office of the Courts for adoption by the Civil Practice Committee of the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 2006 and 2008. Mr. Powers is a charter member of USFN where he has served as a speaker panelist at various roundtable functions.

Mr. Kirn is the partner responsible for managing the litigation practice at Powers Kirn, LLC. Mr. Kirn has also been actively engaged in the handling of foreclosure, bankrutptcy, eviction, and real estate matters. Mr. Kirn is a licensed New Jersey title insurance producer. Mr. Kirn is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. He is admitted to practice before all state and commonwealth courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in addition to the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylavania and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Kirn graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree from Allegheny College in 1988, and received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University in 1994. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars. Mary F. Kennedy Mary F. Kennedy is an associate in the Pennsylvania office of Powers, Kirn & Javardian, LLC. Ms. Kennedy has been handling foreclosure, real estate, and bankruptcy matters since 1999. Ms. Kennedy is a member of the Pennsylvania bar. She is admitted to practice before all commonwealth courts in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Ms. Kennedy graduated from Beaver College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992, and she received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1995.
